African champions Senegal will play Bolivia in an international friendly in Austria next month, the South American country’s football federation said.

The match will be played on September 24, during the next FIFA international window, the entity said on Twitter.

Newly appointed Bolivia manager Gustavo Costas will not be in charge for the match as he finalizes his commitments with Chilean club Palestino, where his contract expires in November. In the meantime, Bolivia under-20 manager Pajaro Escobar is expected to be in the manager’s dugout.

Senegal will use the friendly to fine-tune its preparations for the World Cup, to be played in Qatar from November 20 to December 18. Aliou Cisse’s men have been drawn in Group A alongside the Netherlands, Qatar and Ecuador.

Bolivia failed to secure a berth after finishing ninth in the 10-team South American qualifying group.
