World defending champion Geoffrey Kirui and two times champion Edna Kiplagat will lead Team Kenya marathoner squad in Doha. The championship will run from September 28 to October 6.
Berlin Marathon champion Gladys Cherono was also omitted from the squad that is expected to pitch camp in Kaptagat from July. The team will be under coaches Joseph Cheromei and Richard Kimetto.
