The 2022/23 Football Kenya Federation Premier League season will commence by the end of August, league organisers have announced. 

The 13-member FKF Committee has set August 27 2022 as the date for the new season kick-off. On the other hand, the Women’s Premier League, National Super League, and FKF Division One League seasons are scheduled to begin a week later.

League fixtures for the new campaign will be released in mid July as the participating clubs will be polishing their guns for the action in August.

Tusker FC are the Football Kenya Federation Premier League defending champions. The Brewers have won the country’s top flight league  title for the last two consecutive seasons.

In the Women’s Premier League, Vihiga Queens were crowned  the 2022/2023 champions with an unbeaten record in the entire campaign.
