Victor Osimhen scored the only goal as Napoli continued their winning streak with a 1-0 win at Roma in Serie A on Sunday.

Napoli have started strongly this season and had managed 10 wins in as many matches across all competitions before Sunday’s game.

The Partenopei totally outclassed the home side throughout the match. Tanguy Ndombele thought he had won a penalty after going down in the box, but it was revoked after a VAR review.

The hero came in the 80th minute when Chris Smalling’s poor clearance allowed Osimhen to fire home from a tight angle.

With the win, Napoli stay top of the table with 29 points, three ahead of AC Milan.

Elsewhere, strikes from Mattia Zaccagni and Felipe Anderson earned Lazio a 2-0 away victory over Atalanta.

Also on Sunday, Torino beat Udinese 2-1, and Bologna saw off Lecce 2-0.
