Harambee Stars midfielder Ayub Timbe is ready to sponsor two fans to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations tournament on his bill.

Two lucky fans from “all over the world” will have an opportunity to travel to Cairo, Egypt, and catch a piece of the action, including a chance to watch Timbe fulfill his childhood dream of playing at the Africa’s biggest football extravaganza.

The philanthropic Kenyan international who plies his trade in the Chinese Super League is ready to pay for two tickets to the tournament that is set to kick off on June 21 to July 19.

“It was my dream as a young boy to represent my country at the Afcon. I want to invite two people to join me through this Road! In two days I will be giving a full trip to Cairo to the Afcon to two of you guys,” Timbe posted on his official Facebook page.

“It does not matter in which country you are from,” he added.

Timbe provided the assist to Michael Olunga who put the Stars on the lead before Patrick Matasi’s schoolboy mistake gifted the Democratic Republic of Congo the equalizer in the final build up match staged in Madrid, Spain.

Timbe, however, will have to shake off the knock he picked in the match  if his dream of playing in the tournament is to materialize.

Stars, who are returning to the continental stage for the first time since 2004, will kick off the championship with a match against Algeria.

The team is currently in France and coach Sébastien Migne’s men are expected to arrive in Egypt on Tuesday. The team has been camping in Paris for the last three weeks.

Kenya is in Group C that also has Tanzania and Senegal.
